Land Remote is operated by Vivien Farkas, based in Spain. These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Land Remote provides remote-job coaching and support, including a free Remote Career Call, a paid Power Hour session, the Remote Ready (done-with-you) coaching program, and the Remote Fast-Track (done-for-you) service, along with digital resources and a jobs board. Specific inclusions are described on the relevant pages.
We help improve your chances of landing a remote job, but we are not an employer and cannot guarantee that you will be hired, as outcomes depend on the job market and your own participation. Where a specific guarantee is offered (for example the Remote Fast-Track 6-month guarantee), its exact terms are described with that program.
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Remote Fast-Track is billed monthly as a subscription until cancelled; you can cancel future renewals at any time. One-time services and digital products are charged once.
Because coaching and digital products are delivered promptly, they are generally non-refundable once the work has begun or the files have been delivered, except where required by law or where a specific guarantee applies. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Digital resources (such as templates and guides) are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not resell or redistribute them.
Job listings on our site are aggregated from third-party sources (Remotive and Arbeitnow). We are not the employer, do not control these listings, and are not responsible for their accuracy. Always verify a role before applying.
The Land Remote name, logo, content, and materials are our property and may not be copied or used without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
